What's this?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but have noticed this has appeared on my mileometer.



It's the little spanner icon next to the miles. Also, as I'm starting it up, it's flashes with "100 miles".

Thought so. However it was serviced when I bought it back in April, or is this taking that in to account?

There's a certain set of instructions your mechanic should have followed to reset the service light when he did the service. If this was done outside of a Citroen authorised repairer it's likely they didn't know about this.

If you take it to Citroen, they should be able to reset this for you.

Alternatively, you can give it a go yourself:

- Turn the ignition to “S” position for steering lock.
- Press and hold the Trip button, and turn the ignition switch to the “On” position
- Continue to hold down the Trip button until “0” MILES appears on the display and the maintenance light turns off.
- Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
