Hi all, new member down in basingstoke.
On top of all the other cars I've got the mrs has a ds3 11plate 1.6
Recently we've had a few issues wonder if any of you guys can help clear up.
    Mileage is approx 52k

Power loss in low revs. Blips. Then catches itself n goes normal

Seems to loose oil... Like a lot but can't find any leaks ... Used 4 litres easy in 7months

    Engine light came on today.😡

Going to Citroen Monday as in warranty (12 months second hand car policy)

    Please help

Is it petrol or is it diesel? What is the power output?
        There's a:
        1.6 VTi 120
        1.6 THP 150
        1.6 THP 210
        1.6 HDi 90
        1.6 HDI 110
        all from the same year

"4 litres in 7 months" doesn't really give much information on oil consumption. How many miles has it done in those 7 months?

              Lol doesn't give much information?

My l200 hasn't used more than 1litre in 170,000 miles between services.
My 3000gt hasn't used more than 1 litre since I've owned it (4 years)

So a car that does more than 4 litres of burnt/lost oil over 10,000 miles is pretty scary.
It requires topping up almost every 1000 miles ATM.
