  • Spare wheel experts ahoy!

    Hi

I hate wheels, too many numbers......arrrggghhh.

I have read that the space saver wheel for my HDi Dsport has the same bore as that of a Peugeot 308 space saver. Am I correct? If so, would any of you wonderful
people be able to advise me as to whether a space saver wheel - 125/85 R16 will fit.
The reason I ask is that this wheel is 150 miles away and even though a 300 mile trip in my DS3 is my idea of heaven......I don't want to be disappointed upon arrival.

    Many thanks one and all

300 mile trip for a wheel?!?

Just go into your dealer and get a steel there, would work out cheaper once you have dialed in the fuel!

Yeah 300 miles seems properly excessive. Dealership / scrappy?

Definitely wouldn't consider if wasnt a bargain but at only £10 for the wheel and I get to stop off and take my daughter out for lunch as its not far from her uni, so seems ideal to me.
        Question is, will it fit?

I've seen plenty of space-savers listed on ebay for under £50.

Wouldn't it be more financially viable to pay for and arrange collection and postage over the fuel costs?
