Error Code P0011.

Good Afternoon all,

Had an engine repair light flash up this morning en route to work, no limp mode and after further interrogation, obd produced an error code P0011, 'generic-camshaft position actuator A-bank 1-timing over advance'.

Ive since cleared the code, light is off, but should i be worried long term?

Had the same fault, i did reset it with diagbox and has yet to return. I also got the sensor out and gave it a bit of a cleaning. Sometimes dirty oil can make the sensor go crazy...
