Advice on error codes

Hi guys,

my sisters DS3 Dsport has been randomly playing up on start up. Runs rough, blows some black smoke etc. Thought it may be a bad coolant temp sensor and a code is logged, so will order and replace the integrated unit.

I'm more concerned about the other code, what do you guys think?

P0087 Petrol high pressure regulation fault

Is it is possible the Petrol high pressure regulation fault could be a result of the bad temp sensor? It seems it was logged at idle

Doubt it, I'd be ordering a new pump and a sensor .....

Thanks for the reply Jamie. Do you know the part number for the pump? Also are there any guides on replacing the temp sensor/thermostat housing and HPFP? Thanks again
