Faulty driver seat

My driver seat is as far forward as it will go. The seat is arched forward and the seat recliner handle broken. Not good times..!
Is there a manual way of fixing this seat.?

Is the recliner handle no longer actioning the seat?

How about the handle at the top of the seat (the one you use to let people into the car)?
