Looks as if the clip in the middle is the main thing holding the old one in. If you have any trim tools or even a flat screwdriver you should be able to pop it right off. Then looks as if the new ones just push up from the bottom and are in.
Thanks for the help, I managed to do it without taking the front bumper off. It's a 2 minute job for anyone with the same problem. All you need is 10mm socket and a torque screwdriver.
