Stock Blow Off Valve Noise

I just had a new Electronic pump replaced on my turbo, but the blow off valve noise sounds different now, so i wanted to double check with you guys first before phoning the garage. Before the part was replaced, my car made a high pitched whistle PSsssst sound when i stepped off the gas pedal at high rpm, now after it's a dull flat psst. Is this normal?

The dull flat sound for a stock DV is normal. Sounds as though they may have remedied an issues with it whilst it was in.
