Engine light code p1339

Hi

Advice please. Engine light came on two days ago with code p1339 "misfire cylinder 3". Fan won't turn off for 5-10 mins after turning engine off. Have had coil pack, plugs and temp sensor replaced but same problem persists. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

I have literally just had this problem. I replaced the coil pack and, since I'm on 50k miles, all the spark plugs. Problem solved.

Did you have shuddering when you load the engine when cold? I could make the engine fault occur by doing this. So I knew it was coil pack for sure.

I would guess that that code is a misfire code. Can't tell you which, unfortunately. Most obvious problems would likely be a faulty coil pack or faulty spark plug.
