Air condition stuck on full

Hello everybody

After I pressed the 'auto' button on my air con, it stuck on full and I can't stop it. It's seems like a resistor or anything like that broke.
Do you have any idea how I can fix this problem and do you have any purpose for a workarround (like delinking a cable).
