DS3 oil vapour hose hell !!!!!!!!!!!!

Oil vapour hose hell.
2months ago i pulled out of my drive, id gone 50yards an i got the stop warning light and oil temp light flashing. telling me my engine was to hot. so i took it it to my dealer. after much hassle and 5days with out my car it was finally repaired. i wasnt a happy bunny. i had no courtesy car and no apology.
so much to my annoyance the same dam thing happened today. grrrrr:mad:
so back in it went. still no courtesy car, an iv gota wait four dam days!
why is this happening to me?
should i complain?

By the side of the road would be the flippant answer.....
But I think that someone should provide you with a replacement......Sale of goods act............Items should be of merchantable quality, a new car should work, if its defective then the dealer/maker I believe has a duty to provide you with acceptable alternative transport

pretty sure they have to give you a curtesy car if its a warrenty job that cant be fixed in a few days.

wel i thought i would be entitled to a courtesy car, all i get is 'we dont have any available'
i pay enough for the 'joy' of having the car i feel like saying a want a months payment refunded.

I would be inclined to contact Citroen UK and put the ball in their court and make a fuss

tell them its not fit for purpose, get refund, buy new one.

iv got my car back. hurray! a week with out it. all they have ended up doing is turning of a chip that tells the computer that the hose is getting hot.
i think im going to try a email Citroen directly. tell them how iv been treat, and that im not happy. and why did it take so long.
