Has anyone experienced a small shaking when engine is cold. In my case, revs fall to aprox. 700 (from 800) and there is a little shake in car. Then it goes back to 800 and everything is ok. It happens only when engine is cold and the car is standing still. It doesnt happen always. Any suggestions what could it be?

Cold start idle should be around 1k RPM, I forget the exact figure. It will settle to 700ish when warmed up.
Can you clarify that this is what you observe when first starting the car, or after the idle has settled to normal. -
My started doing that worse day by day, it was the high pressure fuel pump, it starts like new now.Comment
