Plastic Cover

Hi, I hope someone can help as I cant find the part or part number for the cover anywhere.

It seems some oik tried to get into my car by lifting the rubber seal and then snapping off the plastic cover next to it, I've added a picture in the hope someone will know what it is (please excuse the excess bird poo, a hazard of living next to the sea)

I hate to say that I've not had a chance to have a proper look yet, I'm going to go to my local(ish) dealer armed with the part number and ask them to see if they can source one for me.
