Rear discs and pads question

Hi peeps, changed my front discs and pads a few days ago and now doing the same to the rears. Anything different? Looking on eBay and alot come with bearings? Do these need to be done at the same time?

The bearings are in the disk. That is why your seeing that they come as an assembly.

Best is get an assembly where they are already put together and you just install it.
