NEW DS, DS3 Album Art display missing - HELP

Hi guys,
I am wondering and hoping someone can help me as the dealership are unable to find what is missing in the software and wondering if I am doing something wrong.
My 2017 DS3 Cabrio will not show the album art where there should be artwork when my iPhone or iPod is connected.
When on Apple CarPlay, the artwork shows dimmed full screen in the background, as it should, so it is there somewhere but when you go to iPod/media player it is just an empty box.
And to add to the mystery, when listening to radio, I have FM Radio 1,2,3,4,and Classic Radio logo images where they should be, but when tuning to other DAB stations, again the logo box is empty.
It has baffled my dealer, baffled me and I am quite techy so it is doing my head in.
Has anyone else had/have this problem?
The dealer have said, after having my car for 4 days and also connecting to Paris (apparently) that it may be missing from the latest software version for the DS3 but the 2016 courtesy DS DS3 I had, showed the album art and radio station logos as expected.

The only way I believe the radio art is displayed is because the the logos are normally pre-loaded on the system, to be fair when I use the DAB i rarely see any Radio station art.

As for the album art I take you are connecting the iPod/iPhone locally to the system and not via Bluetooth?

Hiya,
Yeah it is connected with an Apple cable direct to the system - but the album art on the new ones should show whether on cable or Bluetooth, as it did in the courtesy car.
As for Radio logos, the ones that have been saved as FM show, so for example: I have the FM Radio 1 Logo but when I save the DAB Radio 1 is blank.
It is a mystery that is driving me crazy...
