Heated front seats not working

Hey all,

I've been trying to figure out why my heated front seats aren't working. Is there someone who can help me out?
The figures on the connectors seem right, also the signal cable gives me 4 different figures between 0 and 12v so that seems correct. I've had the left (left hand drive btw) one working some of the time. Could there be a error in the BSI?
The schematics are included...

What do they need to work (someone in the seats, running engine, etc?).

cyclone might be able to help but as you probably know all UK spec DS3's are built without heated seats (or they were when I owned one)

I did not know that. I knew none of the racing have it, but thoughed the ones in leather did.

Hi bigfeet, the attached diagram is from my vin. Looked it up on service desk which i have somewhere offline. It's kind of a little secret.
Looking for another diagram for a 2016 ds3. Can you get those ?
