I take it that the OP is trying to get his LED lights to come on as in the standard way yes?

If your DS3 is equipped with the MyWay System then you will need to go into the Setup menu and then vehicle functions (from memory that is where the options are), otherwise you press menu on the stereo and select then select personalisation-configuration and then lighting and signalling (again from memory!)

Thanks, that it exactly what I do, but there is only two options (on and off) and it activates the headlights (dipped) not the LED's.

Okay, what most likely is the cause then is the country specification that the car is set to. The only way to resolve that issue is to take your car to a local Citroen agent or get access to a Lexia 3 Tool and do it yourself. Once connected you with need to change the settings of the ECU to allow the functionality that you wish.

Take it to a dealer. More than likely just needs the ecu updating and the option enabled.
