  • Rear facing dash cam

Im thinking of replacing my front dash cam with a newer model, what would be the best way to power the old one in the rear window?

Depends if you want it powered all the time or just when the ignition is on. How do you power it now?

i just run a long lead from a 4 way adapter, plugged into the front power socket. works fine
Its helped me it a few times, especially recently, to have both forward and rear facing cameras :-)

Yeah that's what I was going to suggest, mine is powered by USB so I'd just run a long lead to the back.
