  • Where can i get new rubber grommet's for my Headlight

    Hi

    One of my rubber grommet, lid things have popped of, of my headlight while driving and is therefore lost.
    Is there somewhere on ebay a can buy a new pair ??

    The dealer wanting £50 for a pair :mad:

    Not sure on the best place on sourcing the part cheap. Get some duct tape round it for the moment.

      try the knackers yard - surely another Citroen/Peugeot vehicle uses the same ones

              Just thinking about this - assuming that you mean the rubber 'weatherseal' around the electrical connector are you sure it was on there? otherwise even if it did fall off the headlamp how did it manage to clear the wires - or were they disconnected at the time?

                      Sory for not being clear enough guys
                      This is the rubber cover om talking about.
                      (The one Sim22 ran the wires through for HID here)


                      I might not have put it on tight enought or pushed it off or something.

                          Yes it did John . Its the number 9 that i am missing.. I might wana buy 2pcs. if im going to Install HID i want some new one to cut a hole in and run the wires through.
