Locking and rear wiper

Hi everyone - i'm new to the forum and have a couple of questions re my DS3 Sport Diesel.
I collected the car about 10 days ago and i have noticed that when i lock it from the outside using the key fob button the indicators don't flicker twice instantly but there is a delay of around 30secs or so. However, the mirrors fold as they're supposed to. Is there anything i can do about this.
Also, the rear wiper doesn't appear to do a full swing when i operate it but only one that cleans 3/4 or so of the rear wind screen. Is this normal? I' m starting to think that there may be something wrong with the electrics.

the swing on the rear wiper isnt normally tht big anyway but as to the locking id get it checked mate mine locks and flashes as soon as i touch button

Very surprised that the rear wiper doesn't do a full swing...
