Need advice to repair body damage

Someone's twatted the front of my car whilst I was parked (no note obviously!)

The grill has been pushed in on one side and it looks like some plastic clips? may have broken but otherwise it is OK and so is the surrounding bodywork I think.
Does anyone know how the grill fits so I might be able to get it back in position?
Don't want to take it to Citroen if I can do it on the cheap.

I am responsible for the car park but some overpaid plonker (i.e. gets more than me) is responsible for CCTV - sick of reporting it.
