coolant , oils etc

i cant find anywhere in the manual where it tells me what oil and coolant to use. it just sez manufacturers reccomendations which is citroen and its their manual :S ? any 1 got ideas wanna keep an eye on um both after all the posts of head gaskets.

Heres the pic from mt manual to do with Oil. I'd have thought with Coolant pretty much anything goes? Usually I just use Halfords own brand ones.
