DS3 computer - poor conversion to mpg.

I have noticed that the DS3 computer suffers from the same "problem" as my C3 one did, the conversion to mpg always comes out with figures such as 57.2, 60.0 61.3 62.7 etc. As it happens these numbers are identical to those on the C3. There is never any value in between.

This happens with the averages shown on the trips. I haven't checked whther the instantaneous has the same problem.

It because the Computer is programed to work with Kilometers rather than Miles. All the system does is a rough conversion to salute which means that the numbers are normally rounded as well.

Thats why you computer will only count up to 6213 miles and then stops (6213 miles = 9999 kilometers).

I checked with a L/100Km to mpg conversion and indeed, these strange mpg increments represent 0.1L increments on the metric scale.
