I'm being told by Marshalls in Cambridge that Citroen recommend a brake fluid change at 20k. I can't check in the Manual, as they have the car at the moment. Can someone please confirm whether this is the case, or are they just trying to ramp up the invoice?

The Maintenance & Warranty Guide specifies a brake fluid change every 2 years, which is effectively every 20,000 miles. -
As DaveB says the brake fluid is changed every 2 years on DS3, as you are having a 20k service my guess is that you have the THP which is serviced very 2 years anyway.
If you have the service plan it is covered by that.Bigfeet's File Repository...I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!

Yep, it's a THP - currently on 20k miles, 18 months old.
I don't have the service plan as I bought the car as an ex-demo. They want £275 for the service, without the brake fluid change, which looks steep to me. They can do the warranty work, but I'll go elsewhere for the service (another of their branches in Bury SE only want £190, although they didn't mention anything about the brake fluid on the phone...)Comment
