DS3 Knocking noise when full lock is on

My wife eventually got her DS3 after 2 month wait she picked it up on Saturday, when she reverses car off the drive & turns the wheel on full lock there is a loud thud from the front passenger side wheel,
Has anyone got the same problem?
Or know what it is?

is she driving over any bricks or twigs or something?I know it sounds daft but you can feel them at slow manouvering speeds, with 17" bellones anyway, and if it only happens coming off your drive then maybe there is something there. I'm alawys cursing twigs or conkers on our drive, lol

Hi there its when she puts full lock reversing & forward, she has been in touch with garage, taking it in sometime this week,its quite a thud!!

yep sometimes I've gone over something quite trivial and thought the steering was about to fall off, lol You would think the wheel was falling off a cliff instead of a tiny twig

sounds like a dodgy cv joint or a failed bush.

We only had the car for 3 days waited 2 month for the thing to be delivered

Mine did the same thing just at full lock and not all the time. Stopped after had the car for a few weeks, why? Don't know. Car has about 700 miles now am going to look at it more when I put the coil overs on this week

I had the same problem when reversing into my drive. It happened maybe three or four times when she was new, but haven't heard any knocking recently.
