Hello chaps and chapesses
I just wondered if anyone had any issues with the centre air vents on the DS3? Today I went out for a run and when i went to turn the centre right vent heating off the button that directs the air flow clipped into the fixing bracket came off. Now this button/knob and its 'clasps' are all intact which is lucky I suppose. What is not so lucky is the bracket and the air vent directional panels (the internal bits that point the air) seem a bit pushed back a little so I cannot get the button/knob in for it to click back in place. This added to the directional panels are all pointing in different directions makes it pretty difficult to do anything. There's little room for maneuver so at the moment i'm thinking a pair of pliers maybe able to pull it outwards whilst I click the bit back in?
Has anyone else had this problem? Are these vents easy to remove as a last option or will it be a matter of taking the dash off to get to the little buggers to somehow re assemble it? I could take it down to the citroen garage but feel they may rip me off there. I could do without disassembling my car tbh, but it is going to drive me mad if I leave it like it is.
I know this description of the issue isn't exactly clear so i'll post some pictures of whats going on when its daylight tomorrow.
Any advice would be mucho appreciated. I've had a quick search but couldn't find a similar thread so apologies if there's already a solution out there!
