Is The Suspension Setup On DS3s The Same As The 207s ?

If what you mean is the basic suspension layout control arms, strut, etc. Then yes its the same, aftermarket springs struts and coilovers will fit either car. Spring rates and shock settings may be different but if installing adjustable shocks they should be set to your driving style anyway.

if this is for your air then the same stuff should work no problem.

Agreed, the DS3 sits on the same running platform as the 207 so in theory the chassis parts should be interchangeable.
