Change of tyres On DStyles

Just been informed by Citroen about the change of tyres which came into effect from 01/12/2011.

Tyre changes
From 1 December, tyres have changed on the e-HDi 90 Airdream manual DStyle and DStyle Plus.
Michelin tyres changed to Bridgestone on DStyle optional and DStyle Plus standard 17” ‘Bellone’ alloy wheels.
CO2 and fuel consumption figures are not affected

Any particular reason for this or just a better deal from Bridgestone?
I've got the Michelins and think they're great.

Bridgestone are suppling tyres for other vehicles so I guess it's part of a supply contract thats been formed.
