  • Mileage trip counter

Seemed to have noticed the mileage trip counter, the one next to the fuel gauge, seems to only go so high then resets to zero....

From what I can see it goes to about 1200 miles. Anyone else noticed this?

Happens to me also, I never actually pay attention what it says though as it's not relevant to me, I just see it zeroes itself from time to time.

Mine is set to miles left so I've never noticed tbh.

Mine is set to tank miles too, but I see the mileage trip on entry... It's why at first I thought it was something I'd done by accident. But saw it more recently... Just seems odd to self reset. I'd of thought it would just run to 9999 then roll back to zero.

When you get in the car or switch the engine off, not while driving. Unless yours shows miles left then too.

Always reset mine when I tank up so never gets that high but I would have expected it to roll over at about 6213miles (9999km)

I always forget to reset mine after a fuel run but the counter has a will of it's own. Resets at unkown interval for me. Had it up to 2400 once. Shortest was 900 before it reset.
