Air Conditioning not turning... Off?

I know the usual issue people have is air conditioning not turning off but I am having quite the opposite. Mine seems to have made the Fans permanently on and no matter what I change on the controls it doesn't make a difference when I turn it off. I still get hot/cold air and it works exactly as expected. It's just when you switch the aircon off the fans stay on...

Anyone have any thoughts??

Could be the Heater Blower Resister motor? I think they are only about £30 on ebay, looks like an easy fix.
