Second service advice......are Citroen taking the mick?!

Hi Guys,

Second year service is due. 65 plate 1.2 Puretech WITH 16500 miles on. I'm giving the car back in 9 months so questioning the spend or price I'm getting. £324 for a second-year one which includes recommended items below. I can take them off, but I would like your opinion if they are essential or if its Citroen winding me up.

Replace Brake Fluid
Replace Pollen Filter
Replace Air Filter
Replace Spark Plugs

Without this items its now £143. A local garage can do a major service for £159!

Thoughts, please.

I thought spark plugs were for 40,000 miles service but hey ho
