1.6 vti fuel filter location? Does anybody know?

Evening all, as per title - does anybody know? Cant find anything on the internet, a search of this forum hasn't helped either I've managed to buy a new filter easily enough, I just can't find the darn thing.

Is this a UK car? It's my understanding that UK (and western Europe) market cars don't have an inline fuel filter.

Cars in markets with "dusty conditions" like here in Australia come with one.

I've attached a picce of where mine is. It's behind the charcoal canister. Aft is left in the pic.
