Calling all DStyle + owners!!

I have a new Dtyle + Hdi and according to the spec this is fitted with the City Signature pack i.e auto lights, auto wipers and reversing sensors. My question is, do owners of the same model have the visual display when reversing on the central display panel? I visited the dealer today to be told that this can not be activated with this display. Is this true or am I being fobbed off?? The sensors emit a beep OK and this changes when near an object, I do notice that the sound emanates from some sort of buzzer in the boot rather than the speakers.

An additional question relates to the USB Box. When this was fitted to my old C4 it displayed playlists, artist etc when connected to my iphone. The box has been activated today by the dealer, but other than being able to remotely control the tracks and volume from the steering column control, I am not getting the same functionality as in my old C4. Any ideas please?

I have a dstyle and I have a picture of a car on my display and 0 to 3 bars appear the nearer you reverse to something and my I pod/ I phone displays playlists but only when connected via USB not via Bluetooth but I do have the Hifi upgrade ?.

Parking sensors are audible only in my +. Audible through the speakers though so you can get an idea of what you're about to crash into. Music mutes when beeping increases.

Think that's down to the better screen that you don't get on the dstyle+ model.

I bought a D style but paid for the upgraded city signature pack which you rightly say has the folding mirrors, auto wipers etc and the parking sensors and when I put reverse in I get a display on my radio of a car with the 1-3 lines depending on how close I am to an object. This is of course along with the beeps. I wonder why the + model does not have this. It makes no sense as surely a + model is only a dstyle where citroen have added their selection of add ons which is no different to anyone buying a d style and adding their own also.

You only get the screen showing the reversing sensors if you have the Connecting Box.

This thread made me look at mine has the little car and bars for distance. Never noticed it before always looking where I'm going and listening to the beeps.

The connecting box is the Hi-fi option with Bluetooth.

I've got the MyWay City Signature in my VTi DStyle Auto, and that has the visual display and beeps while reversing, no such display when using the forward parking sensors though.!
