DS 3 1.6 Petrol auto surging issues

I am having issues with my DS 3 it surges when accelerating by 2000/3000 RPM , worse when going up hill , had it programme reinstalled at the dealer , this fixed the issue for a couple of days ,
so I believe its a learning sensor of some description.

Any advise would be most welcome , has any one else had this issue
