Only one side of the drl's Led is working

I have ds3 2013 (SoChic) and I noticed that only one side of drl is working.
and before I go to any service shop I want to do some tests to see if the problem is just a cause of burnt fuse.

What kind of tests I should do?

I don't think a fuse would affect just one side?

I guess as far as testing goes, a new Fuse would work and that's test and fix done?

Have you checked that all of the cables are in as they should be and nothing has been knocked out or lose?

As WTF says, it's more likely to be the cables or the plug to the units. Try unplugging the back of the lights and plugging back in. Sometime corrosion builds up on the contacts of the plug and just unplugging and plugging back in cleans them. Try the connector on the short harness to.
