Washer probs

So service light came up few days ago and I have no washers
bit of digging and I understand that light comes up when a minor fault occurs. Had a browse on here and changed fuse in engine compartment f3. Was already a 15 instead of a 10 and didn’t look blown. Still no noise or action from washers so take it pump has gone. So where is the pump located in the engine bay????? Is it hard to change??? They are cheap as chips to buy so don’t want to get bogged down with garage fees if it’s an easy change. Also a lot of threads are saying they changed a fuse in the glove box area in relation to this fault but I’m sure it’s under the bonnet can someone confirm I’ve changed the right one?? Thank you thought I was going mad!! so would the service light activate on the washer pump blowing up even though it’s not blown the fuse do you know??? X

My washers stopped working a couple of days ago when the snow and cold weather hit us! I had no service light appear and when I changed the fuse, they were working fine again. I'd say the pump has gone and I've never changed one personally but I believe the pump would be located under or at least near the screen-wash reservoir.

Are you defo sure you changed F3? I nearly changed the wrong one that was in F5 and that was already a 15A. It's only when I looked more closely at the numbers on the actual box that the F3 marker wasn't directly over the fuse that needed changing. Just a thought.

The layout of the fuses in my 2010 car doesn't match the one in the handbook that came with it. It might be worth checking all the 10 and 15 amp fuses.
