Hi guys I’m Wondering if anyone has had anything similar or could give me an idea etc.
i drove back 180 miles, to hear this knocking when I came to some traffic lights. 3 mechanics have said it’s the timing chain and 1 has said it’s the crankshaft and needs a new engine. Basically an expensive job!
Its a 2010 1.6 VTI Petrol.
