My daughter has a DS3. The other night she called me as the engine stopped. She said there was a 'Clunk'. I went to the car and trying the key, the engine turned over on the starter fine with no unusual noises. It was low on fuel so I popped some in but don't think that was the trouble. Trying to start the car it seemed to almost start with just a kick but wouldn't go. Eventually the battery was flat. I pushed the car into a layby about 25 metres away and she called the breakdown. We were only less than 1/2 a mile from home. The truck put the car on the lorry trailer and brought it back. They put the car in a car park across the raod from our home. The next day I tried agan but the battery was flat. I disconnected the positive connection but then gave up tryingt to remove the battery to take it home to charge it. I reconnected the battery and left it. We were going to push the car just across the road but it was in 'P' so it wouldn't move. I charged another battery and with jump leads connected to the DS3 and was able to move the lever out of 'P'. However we still cannot roll the car as it is like it is still stuck in 'P' and feels like it is locking the gearbox. At the moment the issue is being able to roll the car across the road to put it in my drive as the car park owner asked us to move it. Does anyone know if there is an interlock or a way to reset this please? Thanks. Ian
