  • Clicky clutch pedal

Hi guys - 2 weeks into ownership of my 2010 THP and I have a niggly little issue I want to ask about...

Both when pushing down and releasing the clutch the pedal has began to make a fairly loud click (just one noise rather than continued clicking) and I can feel the click in my foot as the clutch pedal slightly jolts. The car and clutch feel absolutely fine to drive, and aren't behaving strangely or making any (other) strange noises. It doesn't click every time, maybe 1 in 3 times the clutch pedal is used, with no seeming pattern.

Was just wondering if any other DS3 owners have experienced anything similar? I read a few general forums for other model cars where something similar had occurred, but there didn't seem to be any conclusive answer.

I'm confident it's nothing serious as like I mentioned it feels mechanically fine, just slightly annoying whilst driving.

      Well isn't that amazing!

I have warranty from the dealership I bought the car from, just weighing up whether it's worth the hassle of handing over to them to see if they can find a fix or if it's something I could sort out myself

I get a click on the throttle pedal. Some resistance and then a click as the pedal moves the rest of the distance to the floor. I don't seem to get any more throttle opening from going past it but will try to check properly this week.

This is normal behaviour. The bottom of the accelerator has a switch to allow you to override the speed limiter if you have it set.
