Had the same thing in my car. My fuse was burned so I replaced it and the problem was fixed.

Check the fuse first, if it's fine then it will be your heater resistor as it's a fairly common fault. Can get one of Amazon for £30 and fit it yourself if you have a basic knowledge

Had the same thing happen to my ds3 just last week. Ordered the resistor and it should be here soon. Let me know how you get in with this

My daughter's car did the same thing 3 weeks ago. I replaced the heater resistor and it sorted it. It's a pita to get to and awkward to put back in.

Make sure you change it when the car hasn't been run. I changed the part when my daughter came home from work. I didn't realise the pipes were not and touched them very briefly with my thumb resulting in a burn that went to the bone

I got the part from eBay for £20 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brand-New...kAAOSw1dNaODXL

Ive changed the resistor with a new one and the problem has not been solved. Fans stuck on full blast. Thinking it might be the control unit now.
