Hi wonder if anyone could advise, about to change the front discs and pads on my ds3 1.6 diesel, not a novice at doing brakes, but read an earlier post which mentioned winding back the caliper piston ? any previous cars I have had this was only required when pushing the rear caliper pistons in to fit new pads, could anyone advise if this is also the case on the front pistons on a ds3 or are they just the typical press back in pistons with a piece of wood or similar object to push the piston back to take the new pads

A mate did my brakes on my THP a few weeks ago and they were wind back on the rear and just press back the front. I got a universal kit on Amazon and it had everything we needed, just used a flat one for the front.
