what is the exact oil and coolant manufacturer Specifications?

I want to go and purchase oil and coolant gallons for my DS3 2011 (1600cc 120hp)
I know there is some specification for the oil type (labeled as PSA something...)
so my question is what is the exact specifications for oil, and coolant.

forgot to mention: I'm living in Israel which is a very hot weather country.
in summer time is about 35-45 degrees Celsius
