DS3 Touch Screen / Bluetooth

Hi. I am new to this so please bear with me. I have a 18 plate DS3 1.2 and all was fine until I connected my bluetooth, then my touch screen crashed and keeps loading on a loop. Now the touch screen will only work if I switch my bluetooth off. Hmmm I'm stumped as to what to do. Has anybody else had this problem, if so any ideas please

Take it back and get the dealer to look at it, sounds like a dodgy Bluetooth unit.
