Won't restart when stop start kicks in

Hello, apologies if this has been asked before but when the engine on my 2011 Diesel DS3 stops in eco mode it just squeels when I press the clutch and I have to turn the engine off and on again to restart it. I switch off eco mode when I remember but I wondered is this a problem anyone else has encountered or is the a way of permanently switching the stop stat off. Thanks

There is a way to switch the Stop/Start off permanently with the Lexia system. Jamie at SP Tuning should be able to help with that as he was telling me the other day that it is quite common to get them disabled.
