Battery change

Good evening, trying to get my partners up and running over the weekend, is a battery change a straight forward swap or is there a coding procedure that needs doing? Its a 64 plate diesel stop start.
any pointers appreciated.

AFAIK its just a straight swap. Maybe have your radio code handy, check the guide

Also make sure you get a battery that's suitable for stop start e.g agm type battery ,they are not cheap
