Sat nav

hi guys
quick question...is there anyway to change the Sat Nav to fully English?
I mean she speaks English and all the roads are correct etc...however I went to put a postcode in the other day and realised there was no ‘Q’ on the keyboard!
It has an O and a Ö but no Q
im assuming this is due to it being in a French mode!?!?

Anyway to change it??

Like Q was greyed out or just not even there? If you tell me what you were trying to type in, I'll try it on mine? If you don't mind sharing the postcode. Promise not to just turn up unannounced

There is no Q at all...it goes O Ö P R S T
