Reverse sensor issue

hi , the wife’s ds3 has a fault with her reverse sensors, every time the car is put into reverse the sounder beeps continuously and the screen shows as if the car is parked very close to something. There was also a fault appeared saying the fog lights where faulty but when I put them on the fault cleared so I don’t know if that’s linked to reverse problem . Thx for any help

Managed to clear the rear sensor alarm but now iam getting warnings for fog lights , indicator lights , head lights and reverse lights . All lights are working and I can get the alarms to clear but as soon as I restart car they come back
