Fault Codes :-)

Apologies if this is a repost or seen before but I have had an intermittent SERVICE light come on over the last week and Google isnt helping me narrow it down. When the light is on there is an associated amber light on the ECO on/off switch and if I select said switch it flashes amber and then stays on. No fault detail shown if I run the diagnostics via the menu. Had an oil change today and garage gave me the following code which he read from the OBD P1A9C. I cant find anything on the interwebs about it, would anyone know please? Car is the eHDi version on a '12 plate.

investigate the fault code- why couldn't the garage advise you what it meant?

Maybe low voltage on battery
