It's a little white clip on the right hand pipe of section 4.

I'd guess that you'll need a complete pipe from a Citroen dealer, or a scrap yard. It's probably used on several other Citroen/Peugeot/Mini cars

You're a legend! There sure is! It's the pipe on the far left. I've also fired of a few enquiries to some scrapyards to see if they've got just the clip. Don't ask you don't get right? The clip is the same on Citroen and Peugeot but Minis use a different clip, just in case anyone else ever has the same problem.
