Ds3 1.6 gear problem

Recently started having trouble with the gears becoming stiff through engine start out of neutral to 1st.After around 10 minutes of driving the gears would move better like when something warms up and works as it should. The gears have become even stiffer now though to the extent that I couldn’t put it into any gear today. Never had any problems with the clutch or gear box before, gears move through no problem with engine off and clutch down and clutch depressed as well. Managed to get going but obviously need to find out whats causing it.
Any ideas?
